In the film world this would be a double exposure incident. You're probably all-digital so some spiffy editing technique that allow overlays with transparencies would be a guess. At the same time, it could be some glitch that you are now trying to figure out how to replicate because you like the results. :-)
No, this was a one shot photo, and the only editing I did was to crop the photo so you couldn't tell how it was done and to pull some of the color out to make it more ghostly. You can see the camera in my right hand. I'll put up the rough picture later today.
